Formed in 1997 MT² Limiteds founders already had a long pedigree in brand development and subsequent product branding, positioning, distribution and marketing.
Well known brands firmly entrenched in their respective markets today are the result of successful identification, planning, design and subsequent implementation stretching back over 15 years (See examples attached).
MT² currently works across the product branding spectrum. As well as new propositions this can include re-launch, re-positioning or on going development through brand association partnering. Any brand development process involves a tailored mix of disciplines including the gathering and assimilation of appropriate research, the monitoring of competitive products/services, psychographic profiles of potentially competitive brands, customers and at some stage inevitable target testing be it broad consumer or vertical business to business.
Any MT² project is headed by the partner with appropriate experience sets, and a team is assembled as the project demands from both in-house and from known specialist resources closely associated with MT².
Setting milestones for the progress of the task and aligning time and costs accordingly helps to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting, and allows the client to pause, review or call a halt based upon unforeseen criteria or interim reports and assessments.
Should the project be one which extends to commercial market entry then it is possible that MT², remaining involved, would consider launch / penetration / recognition success criteria as a means of partial reward for its efforts.
